Lions Quest SEL Mindfulness Resources
Mindfulness is an approach that builds students’ self-awareness, self-management, and social awareness skills by teaching students how to be present for learning and life situations, focus and concentrate, soothe themselves, and respond to stressful situations in constructive ways. Lions Quest is now pleased to introduce skill-building SEL Mindfulness exercises designed to enhance the Lions Quest program and further support student learning and their psychological, physiological, and social development.
